This new senior project developed by C&S on Westside Boulevard in Rio Rancho was completed in early 2020 with 40 plus units. Private rooms house short-term rehab-to-home patients in a resort-style setting. The facility provides post-hospital rehabilitation of older patients, with services to help them recover and regain a high level of functioning in order to safely return home following serious illness, injury or surgery. The skilled nursing care environment offers multiple therapy types - physical, occupational, speech, nutrition - in a sub-acute care facility. HB Construction was the contractor, Aria Studio was the architect, and financing was provided by Bank of Albuquerque.
