C&S Principals’ most recent projects are the redevelopment of office and medical properties in Albuquerque’s north I-25 corridor. C&S acquired and repositioned 2 outdated facilities, transforming them into modern eco-friendly properties for office and medical users and have more sites nearby available for new development.

Construction & Design

As a single source for quality construction and design solutions, our team has worked with private, corporate and institutional partners. Our process allows clients to concentrate on their core business while we manage day-to-day design and construction activities.
