Located in the highly desirable North I-25 corridor near several medical facilities, NorthPointe Office Plaza of 80,000 SF was marketed for sale by C&S in 2018 and closed in early 2019. Its California seller was interested in exiting the office market, and C&S found a local investor with a new vision for the Property as a wellness center with various amenities to appeal to upscale office and medical users. The new owner began renovating the Building soon after the sale closed. Terms of the sale were undisclosed.
