Two local investors, including C&S broker Mark Thompson, purchased this distinctive former non-profit headquarters in 2017 to capitalize on the recent co-working trend. Partner Mike Fietz described the 16,000 SF building with conference rooms, courtyards and 32 open desks as lending itself to a collaborative co-working environment. The new owners are planning to further enhance the facility with a workout room, full kitchen, and tech-centric amenities. They also intend to approach restaurants and taprooms as potential operators in the Building, a perfect setting with its Southwestern flair and expansive mountain vistas.
