C&S was retained to sell this high-security facility once its long-time GSA tenant indicated it intended to vacate. The unique design of high-bay warehouse and 2 connected office buildings presented a challenge for most traditional office users. However, its proximity to Kirtland AFB and the ABQ Sunport created opportunities for certain high-tech prospects who valued the high-bay and high-security aspects of the Property. In 2018, C&S located a buyer that found its distinctive qualities and location the right fit for its needs. C&S continued to provide property management after the sale. Terms of the sale were undisclosed.
