Construction commenced in 2011 on the redevelopment of this 65,000 SF former nursing home into a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. It is the only new nursing product to be developed in Albuquerque since the late 1980’s. It will be licensed as a106 bed facility with the largest physical rehabilitation facilities in the state.
