Jeff led development of over 750,000 square feet (link to list) of office and healthcare product nationwide and management of over 1 million square feet (link to list) of property assets for private and institutional investors. A proven producer in sales and leasing, he brokered transactions totaling several hundred million dollars (link to list) for clients in defense, healthcare, and technology industries. While specializing in developing Senior Living facilities in over 36 states, Jeff has also worked with a client base as diverse as ClientLogic and John Hancock. His expertise in business financial management enabled Jeff to develop a purchasing and construction program for a $1.8 billion national corporation and an internet-based purchasing and payables program for 120 operating units.
