CAREER SUMMARY . In Richard’s 30 year career, he has been responsible for the architecture, space planning, and interiors for a wide range of residential, commercial, retail, medical, and public projects. The professional services provided during this period included facility review and due diligence inspections and evaluations; facility maintenance evaluation and Capital Improvement Budget and Implementation, facility accessibility review, new construction and revisions to existing facilities with projects in commercial and retail tenant development, custom residences and multi-family projects; site work and landscape design, roofing systems, access systems, life safety and fire alarm systems; and furniture, fixture, and equipment selectionand installation. Other areas of design include Medical Offices, Elderly care facilities such as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Alzheimer's, and Senior Living. His retail experience includes both chain and specialty stores, along with restaurants. Public projects include all levels of education facilities, fire stations, libraries, and courthouses.
Richard provides customized attention to each Client’s project details, and works in conjunction with Cauwels & Stuve Realty & Development Advisor’s Construction division to assure quality translation of plan to the finished built product.
Richard also provided professional expert witness services for both commercial and residential projects.
