CAREER SUMMARY. Josie has a 23 year career in Residential Property Management, primarily in New Mexico (Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Las Cruces). Josie has a proven track record with National Property Management firms and brings an unprecedented level of professionalism and results to the portfolio she manages. As a Regional Property Manager, Josie’s career encompasses a broad range of apartment community types which include high end properties as well as affordable tax credit communities. In addition, Josie has been involved in several new construction lease-up and rehabilitation projects. As the former Sales Manager of Apartments For Rent Magazine®, Josie has experience in effectively marketing apartment properties. By understanding the owner’s goals and objectives, Josie has been successful in maximizing revenue, minimizing expenses in order to achieve the optimum return on investment.
