CAREER SUMMARY. Over 20 years of professional experience in commercial project and construction management give Mark the depth and breadth of knowledge to manage multiple development activities. His background in commercial/industrial and healthcare construction includes oversight of concurrent projects in several states, encompassing new construction, renovations, facility due diligence , new program implementation, and project feasibility analysis. His scope of services ranges from initial work such as site evaluations and cost estimation through all phases of construction activity to yearly maintenance evaluation and capital improvement costing and implementation. Mark’s projects have included medical facilities such as Sub-Acute, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Senior Living in over 15 states, as well as office building tenant improvement, warehouses, and call centers. His electrical background enables Mark to implement new control and voice/data technologies and evaluate existing systems in inspections and reports.
Mark has worked with Mr. Stuve for over 15 years in a variety of development projects. Mark’s combination of high level planning and monitoring skills and detail-oriented technical abilities are the basis of his outstanding reputation in the construction community.
