As Principal, Paul has developed and operated over 1 million square feet of commercial and multi-family product in the Southwest. His companies have operated and leased over 1 million square feet (link to list) of property assets for third party private and institutional investors, as well as his own real estate investments. Brokering several hundred million dollars (link to list) of commercial properties over past 2 decades, Paul brings a thorough knowledge of asset management and market analysis to the table. Redevelopment and repositioning and subsequent disposition of multifamily assets is a proven talent.
Paul has developed multifamily, industrial and office product in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas and is actively involved in Economic Development & community issues in the middle Rio Grande corridor.
