CAREER SUMMARY . In over 20 years as CFO/Controller, Tim has directed the transformation of the company’s accounting systems from green paper ledgers to industry-specific software processing the thousands of transactions necessary to manage over 1 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate. Tim is responsible for all financial systems operations and reporting, from payables and payroll to billing utilities for large multi-family projects. Whether responding to time-sensitive deadlines for reporting to investors or defining profitability metrics for tracking corporate success, Tim’s long history with the company gives him the depth and breadth of knowledge to provide the most accurate and meaningful financial information to his constituents. He enjoys delivering the behind-the-scenes expertise that gives credibility to the company’s many development activities. Tim began his career with Mr. Cauwels as a runner while attending the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico .
