The Multi-Family division provides an all inclusive service for apartment owners to manage an asset successfully. We strive to develop strong business relationships and enhance resident environments to provide an optimal return on our clients investment.
We currently manage over 1500 units in Albuquerque. We provide other services including due diligence services, portfolio and marketing analysis, construction management, on-site personnel training, and the development of sophisticated tenant retention and lease up programs.
