This 30,000 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse development occurred on a site in Northeast Albuquerque that was perceived by many as undevelopable. The soil conditions were comprised of over 65% heavy construction debris and the site suffered from a significant slope in the grade that varied 30%. By working closely with soils engineers and site work subcontractors, this Brownfield site was constructed and leased at budget and on schedule. This property was sold by C&S in 2005.
